Campus Cafe student information system provides a truly flexible transcript and a comprehensive system to manage transcripts and transcript requests. With immediate access to updated academic performance reports, students can track their progress and administrators can smoothly manage the distribution of paper copies from official transcript requests. 

Transcript or Grade Report Templates

Campus Cafe has a battery of flexible transcripts or grade report templates to match your program offering. Whether it’s a traditional credit-based transcript, career school clock-hour grade report or continuing education completion certificate, we have you covered.

Credit Programs

Traditional credit based transcripts can be customized to include internal and external course transfers, course equivalents and multiple degrees.

Clock Hour

Customizable transcripts and mid -term grade reports that could include labs, clinicals and other activity based learning.

Hybrid Credit & Clock

Campus Cafe can manage a combination of credit and clock or clock to credit grad conversions and vice versa.

Continuing Education

Certificates of completion can be created for CE courses and CE credits can be included on a degree transcripts.

Manage Transcript Requests

While unofficial transcripts can be made available via our student portal, official transcripts may require printing on safety paper or electronic distribution.  Easily manage official transcript requests via our CRM activity management system.

Sending transcripts to a U.S. college is simplified since Campus Cafe provides a database of schools from the College Entrance Examination Board that can merge data such as the school’s address on to the transcript and update the student’s record is then updated to reflect who received it.  The transcript is integrated with the holds system to prevent unauthorized printing and easily bill the student a transcript fee.

Real-Time Access

Offer students and administrators real-time access to an unofficial transcript or grade report Alumni can also access and download their transcript if permission is granted.
